We knew taking over a social media account in 2020 was going to bring about plenty of challenges. From supply chain issues and out-of-stocks to human rights issues and social justice, social media was the place where people went to “hang out” when getting together was still restricted.

Not in spite of, but because of those challenges we were able to grow their social media audience and engagement through a well curated and very responsive account managers. We knew that people were looking for something a bit more human to connect with online, and we gave them that through a healthy mix brand collaborations, influencers and content creators, an ambassador program, and educational and fun content.
